Finding removals staff is hard. Our whole business is designed to research, source and supply the best talent in removals and storage.

The key things we look for are:

Common sense, physically capable, well-presented, credible employment history, trustworthiness and most importantly - reliability. Other skills that are important to us are the ability to pack valuable items such as a gilt mirror, marble tables, china, vases and items for export. Knowing how to make crates to pack some of they types of items is also something we check.

In order to achieve this, we interview people up to three times: first is over the phone and then two interviews in our office where we go over every detail with them to ensure they are ready for this type of work.

We provide robust Right to Work checks where we physically see all their documents such as their passport and Share Code to ensure all of our workers are compliant with the Home Office.

Once they have passed their interviews and Right to Work checks, we provide in-house packing training and manual handling education.

The network we have built in this niche sector over the last 5 years is expansive, growing and unrivalled.
